BREAKFAST: cereal with milk and a banana / egg white omelet and brown toast with a glass of fresh fruit juice. Black coffee / espresso.

LUNCH: tandoori chicken and daal two chapaatis.

DINNER: Grilled salmon, fish and chicken.

ON THE SET: Fruits and fruit juices, green tea and Darjeeling tea.

WEAKNESSES: a weakness for a soft drink he endorses. A slice of cake from time to time
