many times a week these exercises has to be done in that particular
week. The exact technique has to be explained in relation to that
particular workout (to prevent injuries and create maximum muscle
recovery and development). The exact resting time interval in between
exercises and sets (in seconds) for each exercise for that particular
week. The exact exercises that need to be added or left out in relation
to the the previous week schedule.
A tick box for each
exercise and resting time that you can tick after having done the
exercise or after having taken the proper time to rest in between sets
(for that week). A box for each set of an exercise where you can fill
out the exact weight you used to perform the exercise correctly
Being able to tick the
boxes and to fill out the used weights in the workout schedule is key to
monitor your progress, to encourage you to complete the workout
schedule for that particular training day. It is necessary that you fill
out the workout schedule to actually succeed.
