Everybody or most of us want flat and if possible some packs also in it. But nothing can be so simple. For making abs , one have to loose much sweat in the workout. Here we will see a short two step plan for good abs. For a great abs you should do two things.
First you need to decrease fat percentage in your body. You can know your body fat percentage by underwater weighing or Skin-fold calipers (Pinch Test). Remove the layer of lard that is hiding in your abs. You can use many techniques to decrease your body fat percentage like cut out calorie, regular exercise etc.
On the second thing you have to increase the size of your abdominal muscles. Work on your abs to increase the percentage of mscel in abs. Now a days most people never actual work on their abs . They do cardio, sit up etc but never concentrate on their abs. Choose some workout of abs too.
