Rafael Arana, for years, has always been presented with this tremendous fitness that characterizes him. An excellent body with nearly 50 years old is well maintained, and as he says is characterized by its definition. I've searched a lot about this national bodybuilder and I see that it has its place here, and that may not be possible. I am struck by the praise he receives this man, both on stage and off. This man stands out from others because of the dryness it presents. As a curiosity, I read that another grandee of Spain, to be submitted to a championship, and saw him enter qedo ice cream, even before undress and start tinted. And who was also a teacher to present a stunning definition. And after seeing this photo, we can almost experience the same feeling ... His latest titles won in the European Championship 2009 held in Romania. Won first place in the Masters category of 40-49 years and less than 80 kilos.
Furthermore, proclaimed European Champion in Category Absolute Master. Congratulations to this great bodybuilder. My friend had the opportunity to speak with him two weeks before European and a tremendous bodybuilder, and he found a humble, friendly and very nice ... A great person. It serves him right.
