Mike's Motivate

If you ask what gets him motivated? He try to challenge himself everyday with visualization (photos from the past and present), competing or training with younger guys, scheduling constant photo shoots and participating in rigorous physical activities like MMA, Boxing, Ice Hockey, etc! He's also still old school! Heavy dumbbells and Machines with lots of cardio. Train hard and heavy or don’t train at all!

A few basic fitness tips from Mike

Some of the basic fitness tips to keep in mind are — stick to the basics. Eat right, train under a professional, drink lots of water and sleep. Along with all of this, supplementation is also important. A good mix of weight training and cardio is the key. Free weights and old school heavy weight training always works.
